Install Issue concerning "Package Archive"

I have a new harddrive and I"m trying to install Daz Studio. I directed the install to my C: drive but I get this error message:
Can anyone help me with this, I've searched the forum and did a google search, but still don't understand. Thanks

Don't use Central, it simply does not give the user enough control. DIM is still available at https://www.daz3d.com/get_install_manager/

OK, with the install manager, I'm getting the same message as before. The install still fails. What's up? Furthermore, the install is for Daz Studio 4.15. Isn't there a later version?
