Lilith "Thank You for buying" Banner problems

When I saw that banner that I could get a 30% off for a membership if I purchased any new Lilith's items, so I put the $24 quarterly into my cart and no discount applied.

    I couldn't get this deal to work either. I tried the $10 off $50 purchase as well which didn't work
