Does anyone know where I may find an old fashioned judge's wig? I think they are called a Spaniel Wig..not sure what the correct
name of them are...
I have looked here and have came to a dead end. Any help or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

This wig, if you can make everything EXCEPT the hair-rolls transparent - you could make 20 duplicates of the wig, and because you only see the hair-rolls, you can position them in a pattern that would duplicate the look of your photograph https://www.daz3d.com/marie-louise-hair-and-wig

It can be challenging at times! I have Framcpos-Philippe wig, so I am going to do what Fauvist suggested and make all but the rolls transparent and just make duplicates. That is the only way I see to accomplish it.

This morning's relase from Neftis3D is certainly in the right ballpark for historical renders. More late 17th c. than 18th.

The issue with that one is that the curls run verticle and I need the rolls that run horizontal like the wigs they used to wear in the courts.
Yeah, today's wig is the kind of hair that the wig was based on, but it had developed into a whole different styalization by the time it actually finalized.
It's kind of like something that I'd expect to see from, maybe Meshitup, but he hasn't done one.
ETA: I take that back. He has done something in that ball park. It's an Assyrian headress with hat wig and beard (plus jewelery). It's over on Rendo. Doesn't have the large hanging front panels, and none of the promos show it without the hat, but it does have the horizontal roll thing going for it. robably would take a lt of geometry editing, but it does exist.
