hello I had this problem at the beginning of this morning problem with postgresql cms that I have solved but I had the image that you see you have a solution....

Looks as if your layout is corrupt/missing. If you can restore back ups of the layout .dsx files (layout, menus, actions, toolbars) in
%AppData%/daz 3d/studio4/
that shoild let you roll back, otherwise Window>Workspace>Select layout, but note that this will remove all chnages to the UI including any custom scripts menu.
