Is there a way to convert G8F/M clothes for Daz Dog 8?

Is there a way to convert G8F/M clothes for Daz Dog 8?

I'm prepared to do the hard work with Blender, so are there any helpful tutorials (about new conversions)?

Not automatically, but if you reshape them in Blender you should be able to use the Transfer Utility to make them fit the dog (Edit>Figure>Transfer Utility, set the Dog as source and the imported clothing item as Target)

You can get reasonable close if you accept that a fit will look better loose and baggy; then you pose the dog as best you can as a human or the human as a dog. Use the Transfer Utility afterwards as Richard said. You will proably also need to use the DAZ Studio d-Form tool a bit.  It's in the Tools menu up top I think is the header name  of that menu.

This youtube tutorial is a great start:

DAZ Studio - How to fit (almost) any clothing item with minimal distortions - YouTube

Note: you can repeat the process as many times as you like until the fit suits you.

Also note that because the body shapes, weight mapping, and JCMs/MCMs are so different between the two that you'll probably have to repeat the process for every pose you do of the dog, but maybe not in some cases.
