I imagine it is because Aiko Toon is no longer available. She was removed from the store a couple of years ago (much to the surprise of everyone who cared, including the PA), so there is no real market for the Toon Faces anymore, although the pose set is still kicking around, so, go figure. (Note: these were for Aiko 3 and Hiro 3.)
Aiko 3 shape is available for G1, which is how I transferred it to G8 - just for info, or the shape was available at least.
