    Thats why you set all your passwords to "password123" then it's really, reeeally easy to remember. cheeky  (probably shouldn't actually do that) laugh

    I use a Password Manager that stores my passwords online as well as on my computer.

    is fine for some sites or if I am on my PC but certain passwords I won't trust to autofill or locker on my iPad

    I filed a ticket on mine. Weird thing is, the ticket system hasn't even sent out the "You filed a ticket, we're real backed up, we'll see you in 4-6 weeks" message. It's so backed up it can't even spare the time to tell me it's backed up!

    At least the prices are holding for now.

    If you haven't received an automatic ebot response then it probably means your ticket didn't get through,   it is an automated response system.

  • In the mean time I got a response from my ticket, the support member didn't fully understand the issue because he saw that my account should still have an active subscription. So I explained again and also directed their attention to this thread.

    Thanks, that definitely helps!  I used the link to explain the problem. Well, here's hoping for the best.

  • I am guessing only a handful of people are affected or they don't frequent the forums.

    My membership was heavily discounted so don't know if that is a factor and I also was prematurely ousted from the club last membership.

  • They are aware of the problem - so it should be fixed ASAP.

  • I'm hearing this should be fixed.. can you try and let me know if it that's the case?

    Appears to be fixed for me. PC+ forums now appear. There's a new note on my account that the subscription was updated by customer service today.

  • Yea I think we've worked out where the issue remains.. so please sit tight.. it will be looked at today.

  • I finally submitted a ticket, another grain of sand on the shoreline ...

  • Well, from what I gather there was definitely a relationship between me stopping my subscription because this was the first thing I was asked about. Support even told me that my subscription was still active and due for renewal even though I had clearly canceled the whole thing. Strange developments for sure.

    Anyway, right now I still can't see the forum but hopefully they'll manage to solve it today.

  • not yet for me either and since that triggered it last year the week before my other one expired wouldn't be surprised
