Environment tab in Render Settings?

Hello there,

I sometimes turn off the Draw Ground so that the shadows don't show.

The Environment tab in some files somehow disappear.  Where can I find it?

    The Environment node and Tone Mapping Nodes can be created by 1) Going to Create Menu and adding the two nodes or by adding an HDRI which will automatically add the nodes.  This change allows for easier bridges to products like Blender.
