New Guy Poses - Wrong Installers [SOLVED]

I had already bought the New Guy BYOP - Standing poses and today added the Kneeling and Lying Down poses. I installed via DIM as usual but I see that it installed the Lying Down poses but instead of Kneeling, it installed the Standing pose set again**. Looking at the installed packages in DIM, I can see that there is some strange mixture of both standing and kneelin files in the installer.

I'll report this to Support but buyer beware.

    Do they actually get anything RIGHT these days?

    On further inspection, It looks like there are Kneeling poses in the installer package but the actual loadable poses from the Content Tab are all Standing poses, as are all the associated icons. No Kneeling poses are shown in the Content tab.

    Sorry - I mean the Content tab (Library) - I never use Smart Content. Tried it, didn't like it. 

    Nevertheless, I can see by the Installed Package list in DIM that the wrong files have been installed. And some of the right files (Kneeling) have been installed in the Standing folders but they don't show up ith the Content tab.

    I had the same issue, but found the kneeling poses are in the different standing poses sub-folders; as in "arched torso", "straight torso", etc. I'm guessing this is so you can mix the upper torso poses from the "standing" set with the bottom of the "kneeling" set.

    Ah - so that's where they are. I have to admit that I didn't look for them, nor expect to find them, among the Standing poses - especially as the other sets have their own folders. I guess I should have looked more carefully at the file list from DIM. But yes, that is where they are. Thank you for pointing this out and I hope it helps others who might have been confused too.
