Do you know why I'm not going to pay for the product?

I like one product and I want to buy it but I can not do it and I tried 2 my cards where is the problem ?

    You should contact the Credit Card company and they can tell you if there was an attempt to charge and why it failed.  If it never was attempted, perhaps it's an issue with the address or special characters in the address or the way it's formatted.

  • There was problems before with credit cards, no idea if it is fixed I gave up when they forced me to save the credit card info on DAZ servers so I use paypal, you don't need money on the paypal account, just add your card to your paypal account and then you can use your card from paypal.

  • I've successfully used my CC. I would suggest trying this:

    On the payment type page, clear out any payment profiles.
    On the shopping page Select to create a new one profile.
    Should then have options to put in CC numbers, etc. There will also be a box you can uncheck so that it does not store all this information.

    Also, the billing address should match the billing address used by your Credit Card company. Could be part of the security checks. [would prevent for example, somebody in Country A from using a card from Country B.]

    I had this problem along with PC+ false cancellation until Daz locked me out of my account for nine days. After Emma from sales support fixed the lockout, I could also use my usual card again. Direct individual action may be required.

    I don't keep money in mine, either. You can link your card to your Paypal and just use Paypal as kind of a middle man. Pay via Paypal on Daz and set Paypal to use your card as the payment method. It will transfer the funds on its own.

  • Well hopefully the company can figure out what's going on for you. Customer Support Ticket to the Sales Dept.

  • I was able to confirm today. Yes, for your profile - make sure your name is as on the card. Make sure that your address is the one the bank has.

    To remove the old address, I did not select 'edit' but rather 'delete' - to clear it all out and start over with the new address.

    You should probably check your card transactions. I had the same issue today. I tried to make a purchase 6 times, and got the same error you got each time, so I purchased with PayPal. Then I checked my card account and found out the charge went through on all six attempts. There was some sort of store glitch where it didn't get notification of payment. I submitted a ticket, and DAZ will fix the issue for me.

    you don't need money for paypal, just set up an account.

    There's an offer on gift cards at the moment so maybe buy one to the value you want to spend, then see if you get a discount on the cost; it is worth checking.

    It's obvious DAZ is still having problems with the payment system. DAZ needs to fix it. No customer should have to jump through hoops or try a bunch of tricks in order to spend their money. I won't buy anything until the problem is fixed.

    have you tried to purchase anything yourself? I did and had no issues. the point some are bringing up is not everyone is having issues and it's not fair to paint the company and store as not working or broken when it doesn't effect everyone.  There are always going to be issues with online store just as there is with brick and mortar ones, I had one at Amazon the other day.

    While it is obvious some are having issues, I would think DAZ are trying to fix it since as Wendy puts it, I doubt they want to lose money if it's in their control.

    Hopefully the OP filed a support ticket since posting in the forums won't get it fixed.
