  I'm seeing on the main Sales thread people are having issues... so I must just be lucky, so far.

  The offer requires that you be a PC+ member and clicking on your name does not show you as a PC+ member. So, if you are supposed to have a membership you will need to submit a helpticket to get your membership reinstated.

  I have a membership until december 2022 and they cancelled it.

  Like Rebelgraphx you are not showing as a PC+ member and you will have to contact customer service to get that corrected
