Well, all the sellers are like that and the sale is only for 'select' items. For example I really wanted Predatron's expansion pack for his Army General Bundle that is on sale; but the expansion pack isn't included in the sale.

Ahh thanks.. once again a stipulation that is not actually spelled out on the banner. Is there some key somewhere to all the different types of sales cause I can never remember and it is a little crazy making after a while.

It is actually stated on the 80% sale banners that the discount doesn't stack with any other discount, so I guess they felt they didn't need to repeat it.

Yes, thanks Chohole, It finally sunk in to me that the $5.00 off is an "offer" just like any other.So would PC club items work? I ask because they sometimes they are disqualified from sales but its difficult to tell when. I guess I get cranky cause sometimes (like now where my countdown to summer discounts are not reflected in my cart - yes its been reported and I am sure it will get fixed) the store is busted and my discounts are not showing and other times its (apparently) my brain that is busted and I am not understanding how the sale works. And there are other times when things are not really spelled out as well as they could be. Still, its been a great sale.
So now the banner is gone- so the offer is gone? it would be nice to have an expiration date on sales since the other sale that could potentially stack is currently busted.
Arrrg now I just sound like I'm whining....

Just to let you know, but yes, PC items did work. In fact the $5 off $30 is actually one of the only ways to get extra discount on PC items. So next time they give $5 (or $10) off $30 (or $50) just buy the PC items you wanted.
I used it to buy me the "Dream Home" items. It was just over $60 (32 items, $63,68), so I could purchase it with $10 off with 2 purchases.

Yes, there actually is a way to trigger a sale.
1: Find something you're desperately in need of from the vendor in question. It is important that this product be over what you should realistically spend money on, this week (works especially well if the item is over the limit for your budget by a significant margin).
2: Purchase it.
3: Let Sod's Law take care of the rest. Within just hours, that vendor's entire store will go on sale with dramatic reductions!
Guaranteed success!
Sod's law will lead to being the sale after 31 days ... for me it works like that.
Within hours - I could get a refund.

Talk about disappointed..I put my order through yesterday, got the screen that says your order has processed and went on to do other things. Sign on today and notice my cart has 3 items in it, check and there are the 3 items I purchased yesterday! Go and check my account and apparently the order was NOT processed, needless to say I miss out on collecting 3 more items from one of my all time favorites PA's!! Abviously some type of store hiccup, which I am getting so tired of....

Did you get an email that it was processed at all? It might be a glitch on their end even if it was processed.
