[Request] Old School Warlocks Cowl?

Where would I find something like what the cape in the pic below? Doesnt have to be the exact same thing but something with that large collar.

Pref G8M but it can be either G8,G3, M or F.

    I think the GIS Emperor for Genesis 2 might work; it even auto fits well to Genesis 8.
