Naoko for G8F - what's that hat?

So, browsing through DAZ (as usual,) I saw Naoko - and the hat in the main preview image fits something I was thinking of just the other day.

BUT... doesn't seem to be part of the character (unsurprising,) and no search I can think of brings up that hat.

Any idea what it is or what it's part of?
