I wonder if the DAZ folks are wondering why no one is auto-renewing?

I got this nice e-mail with this note:
"Your Platinum Club Plus membership has expired. We would like to thank you for being a part of our exclusive savings club. "
Sure enough, my account is set not to renew, and the credit card is gone, yet, I just bought an item with the Platinum Plus Club membership discount, using my stored credit card (!) and it installed. I don't have the energy to see if they actually charged my credit card, since I doubt my credit card peple are around this weekend anyway.
I have given up sending support tickets, after two weeks they send a reply asking if it's still broken so they don't have to look at the original request.
...I don't keep my card info on file here. However, on the PC+ page it shows the box for "Recurring" as being checked (which interpret means it will automatically renew deducting the cost from my bank account). When I uncheck the box and save, I get a message that my card is not valid.
Yeah, more odd store behaviour..
nvm
What do you mean by it installed?
The person bought an item and installed the item.
I noticed that the "you are expired" e-mail has a link to create a support ticket, which is prescient. What I find funny is, the pulldown where you choose what is wrong does not include "We screwed up."
Yes, this is correct. I use DIM (which downloads and installs) since using the "DAZ Connect" function means I am unable to exit the program because their socket closing function fails to make one final read to drain any final messages and the operating system correctly wedges the program up solid for socket security, and therefore you have to kill the process every single time.
I wondered if I had used the correct term "Install", and yes, install is the correct DAZ3D word as noted in the attached DIM image.
So, I figured, set a credit card to pay for my renewal, the credit card company will clean up after me. So I select the "current" card and press "Save" and get:
Account > Payment Methods > Add a Credit Card Profile > Create one now
...does not add or save a credit card profile. You can enter all the information, but it does nothing. No profile is saved.
All my previously saved payment information was randomly deleted during the recent store problems, but I cannot add new ones.
Is this a known issue?
EDIT: Oh - and the store randomly added a second billing address in my account - Alabama. Somehow. I do someday wish to see Alabama, but I was unaware I would be doing it this soon.
LMAO FAstesDoginTheDistrict...that cracked me up. I hear Alabama is nice...lol
