[SOLVED] Temple Cave, by Andrey Pestryakov not installing correctly

Hi,
Wonder if someone out there has a similar problem...
Part 1:
Finally bought Temple Cave and installed it via DIM (as I always do), all went fine, but when I searched for the content in Smart Content it was nowhere to be found.
So I did a manual search and much to my surprise the content was located in Lost And Found.
But then things got even weirder: Only the second part of the content was available?
And, of course, when I tried to load it all textures were completly garbled.
Part 2:
Uninstalled everything via DIM and tried to download and install manually.
All went fine in the download and copy to the selected folders.
Searched for the content in the Content Library, noticed that it's missing thumbnails and as soon as I loaded the preload set it came out a total mess, again.
I submitted a tech support ticket but I'm reading a lot of people complaining about no answers from them so I thought I could try my luck here.

Got it a few days ago. Installed manually. All thumbnails are there. Everything loads and renders without issues. Did you download and install both files?

Owned it for a while. Installed it with DIM today to check. The main thumbnail is missing in Smart Content, but all the others are there.
This is on Daz, which is responsible for metadata, not the PA.
Yes. And I was really careful too after the problem installing with DIM.
That's what I thought too.
Anyone knows how to edit the Metadata?
And isn't it strange that it only shows 2 of 2?
Damn it. I was so looking forward to do some renders with this.
All promo shots look amazing. Great light, great atmosphere.
Possibly one of the best evironments I've ever seen being sold at Daz.
It's a nice set. The 2 of 2 thing is weird, but I guess the metadata was just altogether badly handled. I guess you could uninstall and then reinstall with Content Wizard, if you have that. That would require a couple of steps to repackage the files, but at least the stuff will get installed and Smart Content updated correctly.
I ran a metadata update within DS, but that didn't help, either.

The product is presented in two files TC 1 of 2 and TC 2 of 2 in DIM. Perhaps DIM installed only one of these files. You should check the Ready to Install tab in DIM. If one of these files remains there, then reinstall it. If these two files are fully installed in DIM and are displayed in the Installed tab, then everything should work fine. If you still have problems with launching this product in DS, it possible that the library may be badly setting.

I did everything right the first time but there must be some issue with this product and Smart Content (metadata?).
That said I reinstalled everything again, one more time, and I can now load the product in the Content tab.
That's good enough for me.
It's an inspiring product and I'll post my first render with it as soon as I finish.
