    could be a "missing in translation" issue, such as a bulge modifier or something else that doesn't translate well, or at all.

    The character is adjusted by myself, you mean it can’t be transformed now, right?

  • That bulge looks very much like what you get with dual quat skinning. I don't use Maya but try switching to normal/linear skinning in it if you have the option...
