How Do I Filter Store Search Results To Just "People", "Props", "Enviroments", etc

Hi,

A friend and I wanted to design an Africian lady together. I can't seem to figure out how to search for Genesis 8 Female related items that are just figures/character. I don't want it to show me everything related to Genesis 8 Female.

Are there any seach paramaters that I'm not aware of? I can filter by genre and figure but not by actual 'smart content library' categories for some reason.

    There is add-on for browser that, as i heard, expands store search filter possibilites. Though i wish it could be done without it

    That's unfortunate that I cannot do it within the store itself. I shall try and browser addon and see how it goes. Thanks!

    Hm, expanding store fitler possibilities is not listed amoungst its features. Plus, it turns out I already have Daz Deals installed on my web browser. Strange.

    When you're on the front shop page, below the bar with the "search" box in it, there is a row of opitons you can click on to limit your search. For characters, it would be "people and wearables", then "Genesis 8 People", then "Female".

    I normally see that but I didn't today for some reason. I know it's there because I've used it in the past. I tried a couple of different web browsers and normally used Firefox.

    Filetring is limitted to what you currently see. There is no way to explicitely filter for e.g. environments as such. Only way is via the breadcrumbs on the main store page. I remember reading an official post that improvement of search is on the list. But no mention where on the list. It may as well be the last item.

    https://www.daz3d.com/structures gets you to non-nature environments. https://www.daz3d.com/nature to nature. There are a lot of filters available, and they will become more important now that we have a virtually useless search function in the new store.

    All of this is accessible from the blue banner underneath the main sitemap (SHOP, TECHNOLOGY, GALLERIES, FORUMS, BLOG, etc.). However, in some browsers at different magnifications, the sitemap buttons overlap the blue banner, and clicking on the blue banner can activate the site map. The workaround is to scroll up so that the sitemap is not visible and the blue banner locks to the top of the screen (it sometimes takes a couple of tries for it to affix itself).

    We have all those new little icons indicating whether a product is hair, a scene etc.  Why can't we filter on those? Just one more dropdown beside the others. Used in combination with the other four selections it would give pretty specific results.  Life Figure = Genesis 8 Female and Type = Clothes or Hair would be pretty nice.
