Somehow, it looks like all of the items from store in Documentation Center have empty placeholders or some are lost and the only documentation you can see is for Daz Studio software.
I can't find gift cards to purchase in the store. Did they take down gift cards? I really need 2 items for a work project.
Another annoying bug to add to the long and growing list, I guess.
I think I could get to the product pages by searching when logged off, but that is quite clumsy.

Thanks! The store is not taking off a percentage for me being a Platinum Club member. I was getting a percent off before.
Gift Cards are usually excluded from discounts unless there's specifically a Gift Card sale going on. :)
However at least when I tried it, PFAD could be used to get a total over $18, and the coupon will take $6 off whatever qualifying product is in the order.
Like Phoenix1966, I also was getting receipts up through yesterday but this afternoon placed an order where I did not receive a confirmation email for the first time after the changeover. Around 14:30 Daz time and still nothing over an hour later.
Hopefully not a surprise side effect of finally getting the credit card retainment issue fixed.
There are no further discounts for PCFAD according to Jack so that's not a bug.
I would like to get even freebie items, but as soon as the store system has canceled my PC+ membership after the maintenance, I can't buy anything from the sale (not the first time). It's 5 days now and I don't even know when they will remove this bug.
I would put in a support ticket.

First one I reported at Monday and second one day after. I got a general notes apologizing for the confusion and that they are working on solving the problem (mainly with prices on the checkout) - that's it.
Still having issues with DIM .. when I load it up it tells me I have 8308 items ready to install, and 0 downloads, so I hit the refresh button and once its reloaded it tells me I have 8134 items on the ready to install button and 13 to download. Obviously DIM is still having an issue with how many items as that is quite a discrepancy and how am I supposed to figure out which 174 items are missing ?
That doesn't exist at Daz.
Your "roles" aren't showing you as a PC+ Member. So the system might not even have you flagged as a PC+ Member. When you go to "My Account" and click on "Platinum Club", what does it say under "Expiration Date"? Is the expiration date there correct? Because it sounds to me like your account isn't even showing up as being a Platnum Club member, which would be a separate issue from the regular "prices on the checkout" issues some are having.

Yeah, you're showing up as "cancelled" status, even though it LOOKS like it should be extended until 2021. You'll need to put in a support ticket about it and let them know you have Paid for a PC+ Membership until 10-30-2021 but your account is, wrongly, set at "Current Status: Cancelled".
Please relay "Thank you!" to whomever is "they." My DIM Ready To Download is back. Appreciate the efforts very much.

Thanks to both of you for your replies, I was able to submit a ticket at the time despite the log in problems and the issue hasn't reappeared. I rarely visit the forums, only when I have a problem to solve. If I hang out I get nothing done.
I keep seeing people coming in saying their Ready to Install in DIM is back. Mine still isn't back. All I get is a blank page. I don't want to buy anything more until I know I can actually install it without having to do it manually. I just don't have the time to do that. I have five days worth of purchases that I haven't been able to install yet. It's very frustrating.
Well.. I removed my saved credit card so I could redo the payment info. I re-added my address and other info, clicked submit and nothing. It doesn't show on my account at all. All it shows is "No profiles saved yet" I just can't win...
I’m actually starting to see correct prices on product pages and the sale page, instead of having to add to cart to see the correct price!

I noticed that there are typos and an incorrect postcode (Zip code) in my address details so I changed them but I can't save the changes. I have filled in all the required fields (even tried to put something in the Company field even though I am retired and it is not flagged as required). I can't enable the check boxes for Default address and Default Billing Address either. The Save button just does nothing.
We are told that there should be a fix for the Interactive Licenses showing in the Product Library - could some of you who have Interactive Licenses check your Product Libraries to be sure they are listed on the actual product pages. Thank you.
