    It's called "Cadid Bikini for Genesis 8 Females" by Lilflame, sold at Renderosity. But with some shorts over it, but I don't recognize the shorts or the shoes.

    Yeah, the entire outfit, kitbashed or not. 

    I hate it when artists don't give promo credits and you have to hope to stumble across the outfit on Daz or Rend...
