Shape Presets for Fantasy Cloth Wrap
https://www.daz3d.com/fantasy-cloth-wrap-for-genesis-2-female-s
I purchased the above product because I want to use the wind morph shapes with the cloth wrap for a dramatic effect.
But applying the wind or other shape presets to the wardrobe item has no effect whatsoever. I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.
If anyone can explain I would so much appreciate it!
What I do is
1. Loading Body Wrap on G8 figure,
2. Select the Body Wrap clothing item in Scene pane,
3. Double-click shape preset.
The preset for Wind (Body) is supposed to morph the cloth backward as in the second picture, but instead it has no effect whatsover. None of the other shape presets seem to do anything either.
I would be so grateful for any help because I was hoping to use this in a project really soon here.

I'm hoping it's not because I am using Genesis 8. I know the product says Victoria (Genesis 2) but I would not think that would matter for the shape presets to work.
I'm pressuming you autofitted it to G8 in which case if the morphs are using bones they will have been lost in the conversion, have you tried it on G2F?
Oh, I see. Yes, I autofitted to G8.
Is there any way to get the morphs to work on a G8 figure, or simply not autofit and see if that works?
Am I restricted to the G2 figure if I want to use the morphs?
I am so dissapointed but determined to find a solution. G2 figures are just not good enough for my renders.
You can try using a converter on it, but it doesn't appear the easiest thing to convert.

The converters will add in new bones to replicate functionality, but they don't preserve the bones. So these dials (which move the bones and don't actually morph the product) will not get preserved, as far as I know.
It's a lovely product, and I wish SHIFTING IMAGES did more work here, but it's not an ideal one for fitting to Genesis 8 without some work.
(Probably good for dForce tricks, I guess.)
Thank you for the suggestions. I will keep working on it. :)
