Unkempt pants

Hello, maybe do you knowhow to fix it? I have created pants in marvelous designer and then imported to daz studio and transfer utility used, and after that I used pose and it  happend. Maybe you know how to fix it? Thank you

    The groin area is often tricky to rig, you are probably going to need to do a bit of editing on the weight maps and add some custom JCMs (morphs that are triggered by bending the bones).
