Comic Book speed lines addon?

Hi, is there any addon that will allow you to add/configure speed lines in a scene? Or is that alwasy handled in photoshop? Thanks

    try the RENDER EDITOR

    you can mix two pics, its easy to simulate a moving hand without the need to anim

    Im thinking more like adding speed lines as a movable object into a scene. does this exist?

    There are some sets with onomatopoeia available, but they don't content speedlines. I add them by postwork in Photoshop.

    I also use speedlines via postwork with photoshop. It's easy and you can make them look perfect just as you wish
