  It's a kitbash. The dress and some of the jewelery is:

  With some bits made invisible. Th headress is probably cobbled together from something else.

  That headress may not be kitbashed after all, I just saw it in a commercial thread used on a yet-to-be-released character. I'm pretty sure the armlets are in one of the recent Egyptian releases though. The headress may be too, although I wasn't placing it.
