    Is it an actual 3D figure, or is it a photograph of a real face composited onto the image?

    3D. It might just be his rendering method, but personally I don't find his renders as convincingly photoreal as some others do.

    It's his own custom character rendered in Blender as that's his renderer of choice. I'm pretty sure like goldtassel's girl and peache's girl they will likely never be for sale.
