Maybe try the Cinema 4D section.  Keep in mind that dForce hair is designed for DS and doesn't travel especially well.

    Moved to Cinema 4D Discussion.

This seems to be dForce (strand-based) haiir, and the FAQ says "Strand-based hair will have difficulty transferring." https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046243772-FAQs-for-Cinema-4D-Bridge

If you export the figure as an obj, then C4D will import the deforce hair as splines.
Then select all the null objects that contain splines.
Then right click and select "Connect objects + delete" to turn all the splines ino one spline.
Now open this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yinvhLIuaGE&t=664s and jump to 6:36 and follow it to make the spline into dynamic hair.

    It worked for me :)

I did what you recommended but i have no idea how to make it so the hair is animated, i animated it in Daz (dforce) and when i export it i get the splines and convert then to hair but the hair isn't sticking to the head...so it just floats all over the place, which is odd.

    Any ideas ?

Mod Edit :- to sort out the quote

Did you Root the hair? It is showed in the video at 8:50. The deforce hair splines are made into dynamic hair. Which means you have to animate it in C4D. It responds to the movement of the figure and to gravity. You need to adjust the stiffness of the hair yourself and insert Wind in C4D.
