Why isn't this tutorial working?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I just recently got this software (v 4.12), and I'm trying to go through the tutorials. But every time I try to open up the third one, "Adding an Environment," I keep getting told that I'm missing a file or something. Can someone please tell me what's going on so I can finally figure out how to work this stupid software?

    Have you installed the Genesis 2 Starter Essentials? How did you install the content?

    I installed everything that I was supposed to, I think. I installed it with DAZCentral.
