Kelsey HD lump on palms

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I just picked up Kelsey HD for Genesis 8 Female, and notice lump on palm of hands, what causes this and how do i fix.

    Actually i just noticed its on the promo image as well so it was like that, oh well just a bit of photoshop will fix it.
