FW Jason - Render & Questions/Comments Thread [Commercial]

Hi all,
Well Gianni is out the bag now, and I hope you all like him. With that said Jason (http://www.daz3d.com/fw-jason) is my contribution for him. He also comes with a cool loincloth created by the fantastic Fisty.
So if you have any questions or just want to show off your renders with him, use this thread to do so.

    Snapped him up first thing. The "Jason still looks great even if you don't have Gianni 6" was all I needed to see (although I did get the Gianni 6 Pro bundle). Unfortunately I am at work so won't be able to put him through his paces until possibly this weekend.

    Love the stuff from you and Fisty.

    And yeah I always try to create my head morphs at least to not need any other figure with it, that way they are more versatile, plus I don't use the character specific UV's ... again so that they can be used on more figures. So I hope you have great fun with him, and I agree, Fisty's stuff is always fantastic. That's why I love working with her.

    Jason is Sexy.... won't be able to snap Gianni up yet though, so here we have Jason with some bodybuilder morphs instead :) I love the pose but it makes the shadows give somewhat strange effects. This guy is great to work with, good job Fred and Fisty (even if I haven't had time to properly play with the loincloth yet) !

    Love what you did with him here Carola, but then you knew I would anyway. That's why I did his head and body that way so you could just add some extra bulk with the other morphs and still have him looking right. I wonder what he'd look like with Michael 6... can you believe I didn't even try that out yet lol

    BTW, the loincloth autofits to G2F quite well, just have to dial the "male" morph to zero to remove the bulge.

    It also autofits to Genesis 1 fairly well.. I don't have the G1 shape for G2 so this is using "unsupported" It's not nearly as close to perfect as the G2F conversion but it's still quite usable.

    Bummer. I really have little interest or use for new male figures, but the loincloth looks great on GF2 and went to see if i could get it without Jason. Oh well, maybe down the road. best of luck with Jason.

    At some point I'm going to make a real G2F version of it with a top.. just have to wait for Fred to make an appropriate character for it to go with. =)

    Sweet, looking forward to it! (please don't make the top tube top like because of the clinging issue)
    I don't purchase many characters at DAZ due to the promo restrictions, but I really like the face morphs from FW's Naida, Danica and Karissa (rendo).

    Nah, would be the same fabric, and woven fabric doesn't do the plastic wrap thing like knit does sometimes.

    For you my dear Fred and Fisty :) Jason together with Keshi, they fit nice together especially in this kind of a scene :) hope you like !


    Champion of the Pit

    He stands proudly, the Champion of them all. His body bruised and the wounds tended to by the woman at his side. The woman he now rightfully can call his, since she was what he literally fought for in this pit. The second daughter of a rich higher class merchant, who had offered her up as price to the one who won the pit tournament....

    The moment he had laid his eyes upon her, he had known she would be his. The moment her dark eyes had met his, he had been lost in their depth and he knew at that moment, he was already hers....

    And here he was, the Champion. A Champion with his Queen at his side, come what may he swore he would never lose her....

    and yes, it's M6 body 100%, M6 body HD details 100% and Jason Body 50%... no Gianni at all, he has yet to move from the cart into my runtime :)

    Couldn't find Phoebes thread, so I nabbed this thread instead :) Characters that has been used in this picture are FW Jason, FW Phoebe HD, FW Candace, FW Sassafrat, Catworld: Lion for Genesis & Ryse for Gianni 6

    Also used FW Jason Loincloth and Phoebes Fancy Shaders (Love those shaders by the way, great job on them Fisty !), Bold Hair, Ancient Combat Hair, Easy Enviroments: Oasis, Dream Hair, Ranger Hair, Pyrit Hair for gen2fem


    The Slave Market

    Story:

    The Slave Market out here in the desert was well known, yet according to the leading authority in the area there was not enough proof to shut it down, that the authorities themselves was regular visitors and lcients of this market probably had a lot to do with that claim. So for year after year the market continued, it even grew larger and drew people from across the continent and even across. No one had ever dared to strike against the market and the ones that was in charge of it. However, that was about to change...

    Da'tari wondered for himself how he and his fellow mercenaries had ended up in this situation, he remembered going to a inn to celebrate their latest successful job. He could remember having a couple of drinks as usual but after that it was all as fuzzy as his fur. The last thing he remembered clearly after that, was waking up in a tent. Dressed in some less than protective clothes, not to mentioned being tied up. He had been taken to another tent, where he had soon been joined by his comrades. Whom like him had been dressed in far more revealing clothes than they normally wore, not that he midned looking at his female comrades and their shapely forms... though he certainly had not needed to see that much of his male comrades. He shuddered as he glanced at the two men, both of whom looked as annoyed as he felt. He knew now what kind of situation they were in of course, but it didn't help his already declining patience. Being sold as a slave was not something he would agree with, and he knew that neither of his comrade would agre with that either.

    So now it was only a waiting game, they were placed on some podium of sort to be gawked at while the slavers tried to get the best price possible. Da'tari let out a dangerous laugh, like anyone would possible be able to pay what he and the others was worth. The slavers had made a very big mistake by taking him and his friends, he could not help but wonder if the slavers had been aware of Whom exactly it was they had taken. Da'taris golden eyes lingered on each of his friends. Phoebe, the half vampire sorceress. Jasek, the proud former gladiator. Sassa, the goblin warrioress. Cannie, the secondborn daughter of a noble family and trained as an assassin. Lastly Ryze, former bodyguard of a high noble.. until he was caught in bed with the noblemans daughter that is. Da'tari himself being a thief, a spy and a assassin when needed. Together the six of them made for a interesting team, and a very successful one at that. They had met, banded together and eventually their little group had gotten known as The Obsidian Blades. Mainly because they each had a dagger made of pure black steel and the handle crafted from pure obsidian.

    Da'tari laughed again, the sound almost sinister as he thought of how much these slavers would regret ever laying eyes on them, he could feel the anticaption of the coming battle grow within him and he locked his eyes with one of the slavers, having decided whom to take out first. He could tell by the shifting in the body languages of his comrade that they too had chosen their targets and he knew that any moment they would all strike....

    I don't have Poser myself, but I know that Fred (and Fisty) try to make sure that their characters/assoceries works just as good in DS ans in Poser, so I think it's safe to say he works well there too :)

    Well Poser is the platform I am most comfortable in myself, so needless to say all my boys and girls are designed to work perfect in poser, and DS of course, so he'll be playing rather nicely in poser.
    If you have Dan at all and worked with him in Poser, or any of my other characters, well he works just as well in there, including the loincloth :)

    And yep Carola, you're absolutely right, we always make sure all our stuff works in poser, one of the big things we are always making sure off that it always looks great in both programs :)

    If I could, I would have jumped to it :) Alas, this one can not draw or sketch.. however, if you play Elder Scrolls online I am basically imagining that dagger as the Reguard style dagger.

    If you don't play I can probably fix a screen shot or such of it :)

    I got in very early closed beta.. played for a few months.. hated how it was developing and uninstalled it. I play a Redguard in Skyrim though.

    But yeah.. screen shot it
