Dforce settings don't show up after converting a asset

When I convert a asset to increase the base mesh in hexagon, bring it back to Daz Studio and apply Dforce to it, Dforce gets applied but the settings for it don't show up on the item. Is there a fix or work around for that?

    save the item as a support asset or other object first then remove and re add the dforce modifier, the options should show up then.
    at least this is what I noticed the last time I had the issue.
