Be Carefree Be Texturefree

Put in a ticket already. There are no textures included with the install files. There aren't even any textures listed on the File List page. Just in case anyone is wondering like I was.
I guess being too carefree isn't good either.

LMAO
I really want to hear how that got past QA.
Reported.
Two weeks now, and this hasn't been fixed.
Customer Support must be way behind again. Reports I submitted (other subjects) 9 days ago havn't received a human response yet.
I had a response on the 9th to a ticket I submitted on the 26th June, if that helps as a hint.
Customer Support works so smoothly and efficiently, but their workload is repeatedly increased by missteps in QA and Marketing.
There was a big sale in June, that tends to increase support workload.
I reported this back on the 2nd and got a response later that day saying they would look into it. This is probably the 3rd product I have encountered over that last month with at least one problem, but this was by far the worst, since none of the items will load without errors. The most recent being a reference to a missing file in minha for one of the makeups. I was able to determine what it was trying to reference from looking at the other makeup files and copied the correct file to the wrong name, so I never bothered to report that one. Man, the shader settings are very complex and crazy wordy, so I wasn't about to start hacking the duf file to correct it manually.
I count that as 6 business days, taking off for weekend and July 4th. Tomorrow will be 6 business days for mine, so maybe, based on your hint, I will receive a response tomorrow. Of course that won't be a fix to the problems yet.
So 4 weeks now, and no textures. I don't get it. Refund requested.
wow, this is very odd. good luck!
Unfortunately, that's becoming more frequent at more places than just DAZ... The front line support guys are always on the hook for the actions of the central departments.
Don't forget there is a pandemic. Who knows who is working and who is not. I'm working from home for my job, but a bunch of folks at work were furloughed in March and haven't been called back yet.
This should have been caught by automated prcoesses. textures have specific filenames referenced by other products. They just aren't in the product. That should send up red flags no human needed. The product should have not been released in that state.
Well, this PA brought out another product a couple of weeks after I last heard from customer service, so IDK. I'm not looking to assign blame, but since the product is unusable, I want my money back and to let people know there's a problem with the product.
Great to see that this was finally resolved and the textures are now in DIM. Thank you! :)
Were they the right ones?
