  actually yes of sorts there is Lekkulian 2 by RawArt she has a lightish green and or pinky red skin and Aureska Hol by JoLab 1985, she has a few different skin tones but also has a bone crest on her head. She is also in the Staff Picks SciFi Bundle Also you can alter a skin tone shade using the Fantasy Skins for Genesis 8 by Cake One and  V3Digitimes.

  There are a couple different Twi'lek models floating around. The one listed above is nice (you don't need to use the body)...however you would need to alter the ears yourself to get the characteristic female ear cone shape (I used ZBrush to create my own cone morph). There is also a G3 Twi'lek on RenderHub, and that one is a geoshell that removes the human ears, so it includes the ear cones. Either way, you will need to do the tattoo work yourself.
