I'm LOVING using the different Bullwarg skins for aliens. The creature morphs are always plentiful, but skins to go with them are usually on the less plentiful side. So having gotten both Gero and the Bullwarg Alternative Skins products I now have a LOT more great options when it comes to alien races and creatures! :) Here I used the Arrow skin with a Banded overlay but changed the overlay color to a dark blue.

That looks awesome, @Diva. Adding Nix's markings really worked well with the concept!

I did render a silly video

Cute video, Wendy. Now we can add "good dancer" to Bullwarg's profile XD.

Thank you, FenixPhoenix - though I didn't add Nix's markings, that's all your skins right there. I just made some minor tweaks to the color and translucency settings. Awesome skins! :D

BTW, I have your Comic Kit and really like it! I need to pick up Comic Kit 2 one of these days. I hope we get to see more comic book related stuff from you - I love it!

*Edit - You're right! I just double-checked and I did have Nix's HD dialled in -oops! I didn't remember adding that to the mix. Good eye, FenixPhoenix! :)

Yes, those Nix Markings are very distinct on the face, so I recognized them right away (even though I've never actually rendered them). Glad you liked the skins and I appreciate the creative ways in which they'd been used in this thread. This was my first time doing complete skins, so it was an interesting experience which I love and hope to repeat! Didn't even think to see what they would look like on a regular human until people shared their experiments here!

Comic Kit was something that I wanted to do for the love of it. It did okay, but Esid needed to be convinced (by nagging and nagging and then begging) to do Comic Kit 2. I designed Comic Kit 3 and we have it on our to-do list, though I suspect more begging is in order for Esid to start modelling the props XD. Glad to know you've found it useful! :)

BTW, Diva, did you apply Altern8 on the skin? I've been meaning to experiment with Altern8 and Bullwarg's Skins but haven't yet gotten around to it yet.

I've now started to write down my DAZ spending, which I have place right beside my computer to control/curve my addiction. So I know exactly what you mean ;).

Ah no, I didn't use Altern8 there. Since the presets are set up for human skin they don't look good with Bullwarg's skins.

I'm looking forward to more comic stuff from you guys!

BTW, Congratulations on the release of the Body Wounds HD Morphs. :)

Yes, so cute and exactly what I wanted. I tried Growing Up morphs on Bullwarg and it didn't come out at all the way I was hoping. Frogol (lol autocorrect tried to make that frog oil!) is exactly what I was trying to do. I rarely buy new items unless they are really good deals or trigger a big discount on other products but with the Mousso bundle and Frogol I'm so tempted. Just wish there was a little more financial motivation like an extra coupon or something...

Also hoping for a pretty female frog now!

Frogol further bolsters the idea that Bullwarg should have been a core figure.

Bullwarg is a great character with a thousand uses, yep. Due to my latest creation, when I saw him my first thought was a tale of adventure about Zuna and a humanoid-frog kingdom. So I couldn’t miss a chance to give Zuna her loyal companion ;) Anyway, thanks for your appreciation.

That’s it now, the cat is well and truly out of the bag, or should that be the frog is out of the box. You’ve just unearthed the true reason for the founding of OPEC in 1960, the suppression of the knowledge that you can extract vast quantities high quality fuel oil from a frogs. A discovery made entirely by accident by Gustav Le’Fromage, souse-chef at that famed Paris restaurant La Grenouille Marinée in 1959.

It was during a busy dinner service in1959 when a harassed waiter (whose name history has not recorded) knocked over and smashed a box of frogs in the kitchen of La Grenouille Marinée, in the panic that followed Le’Fromage accidently chased a group of the aforementioned amphibians into the restaurant’s latest purchase, an electric pasta maker, the result enough fuel oil to run the kitchen’s ovens for an entire dinner service, panic amongst the world’s biggest oil barons and a new entrée, Crepe Grenouille.

Oh well, time to sell the BP shares and invest in a frog farm.

Frogol is an amazing addition.  Right in line with my needs and audience age level.  Thank you so much Mechasar for creating him!
