    There can be oddities due to the order in which things apply - please open a support ticket, and if you paid the extra I would imagine you will be given a refund unless there's a wrinkle I'm missing.

    I won't bother. I think for one British Pound life is just too short to spend waiting on the resolution of a SnailZEN ticket. :)
