The transgender morphs in particular weren't something I was expecting at all. Those promos actually look quite good and the scars are a really nice touch!

Thanks and thumbs up! yes

(This is an appreciation thread. If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all! laugh)

EDIT 21.NOV.2020: Changed the thread title from "Pride Parade bundle appreciation thread!" to "LGBTQ* content appreciation thread!" in light of more LGBTQ* content being released.

I love the bundle. I have been wishing for Transgender morphs for a long time and now they are finally here! I didn't expect that, I love it!

I am SO excited about this bundle! The transgender morphs are exactly what I found myself wishing for a couple of days ago, and I may have teared up a tiny bit when I saw the flag pack included the ace pride flag. No brainer, it's a day one buy.

Now to open a return ticket for the G8M/G8F UV Swap product that I bought stand-alone not even two weeks ago, since it's included in the bundle price...

I think it‘s a great idea too, although I don‘t really need any of the items in the bundle right now. But there should definitely be more of this, like those same-sex couple poses we had a while ago as well. And lots, LOTS more diversity in the figures! I‘m kind of tired of all these beautiful, mostly young and mostly white and mostly busty, people ...

  • We are definitely working on more diverisity! This past year I've been thrilled to see Daz working on so much more than in the past. <3

  • All I will say is this: Took 'em long enough to get with the times!

  • Ashan is beautiful too :)

This is good stuff.  They even brought out animation for the event.  I already had the UV Swap, but the Transgender Shapes add so many options.

  • The transgender shapes was an instant buy for me, as I have a character I want to create with it, so thank you!!

I just want to say thank you so much for including top surgery scars in Transgender Shapes. That isn't something I ever dreamed I'd see in a Daz product (I've been doing them in post for my transmasculine characters).

You're welcome! it's something I took very seriously and wanted to portray with utmost respect and honor their amazing strength, courage, and changes :)

Definitely a wonderful new set!  Though I'm surprised DAZ didn't put in the cross-figure resource kit for gen 8.

Kudos to Daz for this. Y'all is woke.

Wow.  Just ... wow.  Seeing a bundle like this means a lot.  Thank you so much to all the PAs who created the products and to DAZ for carrying them.

Disparate Dreamer - I love the Ashran render.  Your use of color has me jealous - it's very colorful yet it somehow feels subdued and almost ethereal.

    Looks great!

I do have the UV swap product already, but definitely bought the bundle heart

Thank you, DAZ for doing this.

So excited to see this live, everyone did such a great job! Hope this inspires other PAs to branch out more and not be afraid there wont be community support <3

Great product bundle.  In addition to voting with my cash, I encourage the PAs and Daz to keep making terrific stuff.

It's taken them a good decade or so to shed outdated ideas (remember the debacle with Monique and Darius 6 having stereotyped bundles? Or how they played the Ballerina outfit for Freak 4 as a 'haha man in dress is funny' joke?), but at least Daz is finally stepping it up in this regard. I too hope this opens the door for more content in this vein for a more mainstream audience. If people grump and complain, well... the presence of this type of content isn't going to instantly erase all the heteronormative poses and cisgendered characters from the store. :V

I still like the Freak in his tutu though

I never actually saw it as a joke against cross dressing more a joke about musclemen and actually more pantomime

edited to add, nice to see this bundle yes

I am thrilled to see this and very proud of Daz, and those who were involved.

Thanks to everyone who worked on the products in this bundle! I'm especially excited for the top surgery scars. Been needing some for a character, and I was super close to trying to repurpose other scars somehow. But this is infinitely better, plus it's awesome seeing something like that in an official product. :D

I've definitely noticed the change! I hope it continues, I've been thrilled with the new products coming out and the much wider range of representation!

I always took the Freak in a Tutu product in the same way - a joke against hyper-masculine stererotypes.  I can't remember the artist (sorry!) but someone did a really sweet image of the Freak in that tutu attending his daughter's tea party.  That image was done years ago and yet it still brings a smile every time I remember it.

All I can say is thank you Daz and well done. I celebrate diversity in all it's forms and this just made my day! A special thank you to Disparate Dreamer for the Transgender morphs and Lyrra for the flags

Oooh they animated my flags!  too cool to see :)

DAZ only asked me for the flags .. but I included solid color shaders (actual maps not tinted) for every colour on allt he flags, so you can reshader other items to match up.  Also ....  since I did the flag uvs edge to edge, the maps tile nicely.  You know if you wanted a rainbow striped whatever lol.   Plus you should be able to stick any old flat rectangle flag image on there ... star and stripes, federated planets .. whatever.  :)

I'm glad DAZ finally asked us to make this  .... and I know a bunch of PAs sulked about being left out. So who knows, there might be moreofficial  LGBTQ stuff in the future :)

I'd like to lend my voice and say GREAT JOB to all PA's who worked on this, and to DAZ for becoming even more inclusive.

I love the trans morphs. Although, I must say I hope they don't stop the development of this proposed product.
