FELTON. Yes! Maybe just apply the Felton mats to Bullwarg?

I used 100% Bullwarg, 35% Puppet, 25% Toon Generations for G8M (age 25). House Brownie bow tie so he has something to wear :)

Bullwarg's sculpt is pretty detailed, and hard to get around the way it looks. (No separate HD dial.) Really fast, bad render. I didn't even touch the ears (which came from the Toon dial.)

... Now to do something with Boaris (Miss Peggy)?

I went for fun, and put Hero into the G8M's Eveningwear Dress and Atlas Hair and wanted to show the pride he has in himself.

Glad to see lots of options in play for this character! Would love to see a more muscle bound giant version...say BattleToads style...as well! Or even a HorneyToad.

    That's certainly one possible approach.

    Thanks.

Took the render into Topaz Impression and applied an Oil Painting filter to get an NPR look.

I'd like to see some of the more colourful skins - Gero's in particular - with some more conventional human morphs. Perhaps Darius 8 or Owen 8.

just a snapshot preview of a warhammer scene working on. Plan to have fair few character in scene hopefully wont be too much. Add more Lizardmen and their enemy which will be Chaos forces and Orcs. Bullwarg is the Slann Priest there on his floating throne

Owen 8 with Gero skin, using Frog's Life pose.

The pattern on the skin is actually a diffuse overlay! I changed the color frok black to a dark green.
(Theoretically, one might use that overlay on any skin.)

  • As far as tongue's go... They are actually attached at the front of the mouth, rather than the back like in humans...

Also, anyone render a hornytoad yet?
    :)

His skins seem to work okayish on female characters but still with areas that look a bit cutoff like legs and shoulders

I used Minto with HFS ultimate morphs and an alternate Bulwarg skin

If you get the UV Swap product from Sloshwerks, that skin will work perfectly on G8 females.

ETA: I was testing my link, and noticed the price. I don't think you'll see it much cheaper. (I bought it when it came out. I don't think it was even a DO back then.)

Ollie 8 with one of the Gero skin pattern overlays, changed overlay color to green. (Expression and pose from the Bullwarg bundle.)

So, is Gero worth it? I think so.

It was the purchase that I was most uncertain about, but I like that the skin patterns are overlays. I'm a big fan of the Diffuse overlay channel.

    :)

It's possible to graft anatomical elements onto the figure since it's G8M.
One has hopes for the RawArt product.

Sorry...no gen mats on my version either......but when you see the included geograft you will see why (there is more to the set than what is seen in the shot i showed here ;)

    Ah, good.
One has hopes for a Hutt-like slug tail, in any case. That would be more useful to me than anatomical element textures.

I really liked this figure and loved working with it! So now that I've got a bit of free time, I wanted to see how far I could push his body (beef him up) without messing up his morph. I think I left it at a point where the fourth finger was just peeking out. His teeth got messed up (I'm guessing when I added an X-transfer morph which allowed me to increase the size of his upper body even more --without affecting his hands as much-- his teeth became smaller and spread out). I ended up fixing his teeth in photoshop and adding a few more. I'm still impressed how little poke-through he gets with most clothing! I only had to fix one of the armbands.
