Frustrated with Coupon Codes

I have just started using DAZ again after a long break, a couple of years. In the last four days DAZ has sent me two emails with discount codes and on both occasions the store has said the "Code Is Invalid" when I tried to use them.

Also when I first logged in ther was a message about updating my password, I did and also updated my email address. Now I occasionally get this message at the top of the page:

Unable to load recent personalized data. Cart contents, product ownership and account information may be incorrect.

Wondering if this might be the problem, why it's happening and how to fix it.

    The "unable to load..." message is not linked to your password change, it happens from time to time when the cloudflare service Daz uses to host the site is slower than usual.

    As for the coupons, in order to help you we would need to know what the conditions for them are and what you're trying to purchase.

    Thanks Leana. The first one was a welcome back type thing saying I could pick five free items, the link took me to a single page and I could choose five from there, didnt work.

    The one I just recieved was for Three different types of discount depending on how much I spend. Nowhere in the email does it mention what I can or can't use it for, only the value of what's in the cart.

    That is strange. I got those but more as a welcome to DAZ. All worked fine so far, i even used one last week and tested the last one and seems to still work.

    For the free items, make sure you have nothing else in the cart. Also, try adding an item and removing (sometimes that clears glitches).

    For the other three, so far the only thing that do not works with them is Gift Cards.

    Thanks Wolfwood. I have tried clearing cart, logging out and clearing cache, still doesn't work. To top it all off I tried to purchase one product that I would like to try and the shop declined my card. Obviously DAZ doesn't want me as a customer. So be it.
