What's your Display Optimization looking like? Is it set to 'Best'? You should be able to press F2 and go to Interface and check!

Ah thank you, Im on a Mac so no F2 sorry. This is only a issue on this costume, I applied Iray spandex shaders on it and then this happened.

Have you tried restarting Daz Studio?

I'm not sure theres anything you can do about this - it's essentially a Moiré effect, an optical illusion created by the density of the shader. I suspect it will do the same in viewport and render.

Your options would be to zoom in or lower the scaling of the shader, which will minimise the effect.

Maybe it's a result of whatever lighting you're using.

In my experience, moire patterns are usually created by normal or bump maps.

I'd try reducing the vertical/horizontal tiling of the texture on that surface.

I'd try a different shader. UV maps do matter and different shaders can/will produce different results.

You could play with the pixel filter in the render tab. Gaussian 1.5 is the default and should produce quite soft results moire-wise. Have you tweaked that?

More info please; item; shader(s); even render settings.

Share the duff file, if we have the items we can see what we get.

It's just a moire pattern and you can only zoom out or zoom in until the pattern disappears.

Or alternatively change the texture scale as opposed to zooming as it'll have the same effect.

Although this involves post-work, if you have photoshop you may find this short tutorial useful:
