Help with disappeared surfaces

Hello,
I was editing parameters of a figure, when I must have pressed the wrong combination of buttons. All of a sudden, every figure loads completely disappeared with these brackets around them. I've tried almost everything I can think of short of reinstalling.
Can anyone help me get things back to normal?

You have accidentally changed the display mode from whatever you had (probably texture shade) to bounding box only. Click on the arrow shown and change it back.
