Head help needed please

Can anyone tell me how i get rid of this internal part in the mouth please?

I have spent a long time going through everything and has not been able to identify it.

Im printing the head off for my daughter and this part shows up in Cura so it will want to include it on the printer.

    You can use the Geoemtry Editor tool - with the tool active, in the Tool Settings pane you can click the + next to the surfaces for the inner mouth parts to select them, then right-click in the Viewport>Geometry Editing>Delete Selected. I would suggest you then dial the mouth closed up a bit to make sure there is no gap, but that may be unnecessary (I am completely inexperienced with 3D printing).
