high rise building ledge?

Looking for a high rise building ledge where an edgy fight scene between two guys will happen in a scene I'm doing. Can anyone point me in the right direction if there is something I can use here? it HAS to be a high rise commercial building edge like in the scene from that Croc Dundee movie. (pic)

    Urban Sprawl 3 would be what I'd look at first.  It's just great quality.

    Then there's stuff like Contemporary Buildings Hyper Kit or the new V3Digitimes Buildings and Skyscrapers Generator Vol. 1.   You can also use Urban Spraw in the foreground and use one of the highrise kits for background, but I think I'd prefer an HDRI full of buildings as a background.

    OMG I just battled this issue a few weeks ago.

    As far as I know there isn't a single building with any kind of pushed-out ledge.

    I ended up using a slab of concrete from one of the construction/modular sets. You can probably get over with any wall prop.

    Lay it down sideways and slide it into place.

    I used a concrete shader to make it look like an outcropping ledge and I had to use a brick shader on the building- since almost anything large with an outside is textured for far, exterior shots.

    In other words, the brick was blurry and pixelated up close.
