Unable to log in with DIM, need help.

I am getting an Unable to login to the specified account error when I try to log into DIM. I verified it has the correct email and password but I just keep getting the same error. I can loginto my DAZ account on the webpage with no problems. Any ideas about what I could check?

    On the website, go to https://www.daz3d.com/customer/account and change your password to a stronger one without special characters.

    Mike,

    Thank you !  I am confused a bit. I was able to log in a few days ago. Was there a chang to DIM itself that prohibits the old login if it was weak? I had no special characters before so I know that's not interferring. I'll take your advice but I'm just curious what made it suddenly change.

    There wasn't a change in DIM, just a change on the server side.

    Finally managed to get things working again after requesting a password reset via the login form and then entering an extremely long password with only alpha-numeric characters (30+ chars).

    Yep, that did the trick I was able to a password considerably less than 30 characters. Thank you again!!

    And you passwords were long enough? If so you may need to open a support ticket https://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us
