    This is from dForce Candy Kisses https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-candy-kisses-outfit-for-genesis-8-females - if you give the product name it will be easier for people to find later if they have the same question; I did a quick search and it doesn't appear the question has been answered already (at least not by name) though the outfit is part of the Leisa 8 bundle

    I've looked through the a lot of G8 characters. I'm affraid it's a mix between characters and uses certain character texture.

    I think this https://www.daz3d.com/ellithia-8 looks close to the character

    It looks like Elithia 8 with makeup option 1 and a few of the Head morphs dialed up. I got it as close as I could and have attached an image with the settings!

    To me, she looks like Babina 8.
