 i bought some new figures and hair and i thought some  area it doesnt seem to let me put a gen 8 characters am i wrong

    What did you buy exactly?

    You can't use a character made for earlier figures with G8F (not directly, at least)

    Clothes and hair for the various genesis figures can be autofitted to G8F. Clothes and hair for earlier figures like V4 can also be converted but not directly.

    Genmesis 3 maps will work on Genesis 8, except for eyelashes and possibly eyes anyway

    When you say old set, do you mean an older figure, or an old environment (eg a room, house etc). If it is the latter, that is very odd as a G8 figure can be placed inside any environment
