in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Everything was fine until today. The tabs are mixed up!

What did I do wrong?

    I think something corrupted your UI settings - perhaps DS didn't shut down properly. Try Window>Workspace>Select Layout to reload the base settings. You could also use Window>Workspace>Customise and then go to the Import option to load just the menus (which is what you are showing, not the panes (tabs)).
