LoREZ Arab Male: how to use them

Hi to everyone,

I bought the "LoREZ Arab Male" but, to be honest, I'm not able to use it. How to insert the "low res figures" into my scene? I just have an "exclamation point" in the name (see the attachment). And, if I try to navigate to the "content library" I can see only the materials staff.

Is there anyway who already successfully use this package? Thanks and regards,

    I don't have this product, but the files you need to use to load the actual figures will be cr2 files.

    Look in the content library hierarchy directly, without using the "product" view, they should be in a subfolder under Poser Formats > your poser directory > figures

    I just bought it and gettgin trouble using it.

    When I choose a pose, the foot come out (see attached). Were you able to sort this out?
