Permission to Provide a Product's UV Template in a Texture Challenge

This is to help me learn what I can and cannot do with UV Texture Templates for DAZ3D products. It is also for learning how to get permission to do so, if such can be given.
I recently purchased the V4 Morphing Fantasy Dress, but it does not have the UV Template included, and at the very least, I would like to have it for making my own textures for the product. I would also like to use it in a Texture Challenge at PFDLives. I would not be providing the product it is mapped for; I would only provide the template. Now I have been told that doing so might not be legal, and I wish to remain compliant to the wishes of DAZ3D and the content creators of the product. If I cannot get permission to provide the template for the MFD, I will find another way to set up the Texture Challenge. To do that I will need information on how to acquire the template in a legal manner. As it seems to be unavailable in my Product Library at DAZ3D, I will still need the information on how to acquire it, even if only for my own use.
Please provide the information I am requesting, ASAP. At any rate I will be setting up a Texture Challenge for the MFD. It will be at "PFDLives.com" for any here that may wish to join in.
Thank you in advance for any help or information you can provide.

If you load the dress into any modeling or UV mapping app you can create your own template and use it as you wish.
SnowSultan has a large number of seam guides, which includes one for the MFD. I don't think the UVs have changed, (not including some very early versions; Stephanie 3, I think.)
I hope this helps.
Thank you L'Adair. In case you don't know me here, I should tell you that at PFDLives, I am known as Agent0013, or Agent for short.
I shall look at the SnowSultan seam guides. I also need to contact a few others concerning this.
Cheers!
Edited to fix quote
Agent!
Hello, my friend. Good to see you "out and about," so to speak.

Do you mean that you want to use the template in a similar fashion as I did in my old Tutorial on my site. That is actually a copy of SnowSultan's seam guide template for the MFD from his site HERE
And as L'Adair says, the MFD uses the same uv map for all versions.
If you have a look at other pages on my site you will see that I have made new textures for many different outfits, many, but not all, are from the Daz store. This is why the UV maps are provided. most clothing products should have a link to the UV map (called a template) The newer MFD versions won't have because it is the same as the older versions.
Chohole, sorry to get back to you so late on this. Seems that no one has joined me in the Texture Challenge at PFDLives! It saddens me for sure, because that was one of the things we used to like doing in that forum.
After a site restructuring fiasco, a lot of our tutorials there were deleted without the permission of the authors. My own Bryce tutorials were lost that way, and most of the old Texture Challenge threads were too. I was trying to get new challenges implemented to spark more interest in our forum.
In case you don't know about PFDLives, I can tell you that what the original purpose of the site was is helping folks learn about Poser and DAZ Studio, as a lot of the tutorials out there were hard to understand for many people, myself included. I learned a lot about both applications there, as well as several others. In the last year I was given Administrator status at the forum, and I pretty much run the low end tasks there, with the lead Administrator acting to keep it running as a website. She is such a great person to have as an online friend, and that helps me tremendously.
I created this thread here, because I thought it would be helpful to know what can and cannot be done with the UV mapped Templates of products that provide them. One of the members (no longer active at PFDLives) claimed that the Templates for the Morphing Fantasy Dress or any other product could not be shared for any reason. It caused a big row with certain members getting there feeling hurt, because the person in question went overboard with the admonishments. I chose to take matters into my own hands by doing what research I could to find out what the truth was. Don't worry; I am still friends with the person I am talking about. I won't mention names of any that were involved in the argument, and I ask that any here who know about it also keep names out of it here or elsewhere. I do not wish to rekindle old feelings concerning this. I say it is water over the dam and long gone downstream. We should just move on to better things and put that where it belongs; in the past.
At any rate, what I learned from here was definitely a big help, and I do appreciate it all. The fact that the Texture Challenge for the Morphing Fantasy Dress has not had any takers as of yet, matter not, other than it making me sad to see it just sitting on our Forum like a knot on a log. It seems that getting the tutorials section of the forum back up and running is proving to be much harder than I thought. I am still making an honest effort to do so, however. Being the only member working at it though is often disheartening. Still, I shall plod on! Wish me "Good Fortune in my Endeavors", if you will.
