    Have you tried asking the artist directly?

    Also, it seems a pretty basic scuplt. I've been farting around with Blender while locked in and it's quite interesting how easy making stuff like this is.

    Apparently, half of Youtube is dedicated to Blender turtorials. At least that's how it seems after you've watched two... :p
