OT slightly re DA [solved]

Could somebody who can sign in to DeviantArt please do so and send the webmaster a note to alert them to the fact that their login page is TOTALLY WHITE. Have not been able to login for a few days now.

and after posting THEN I found an email address so have sent them a message.

Edit: Solved :-)   Restart Firefox with ALL the add-ons disabled, then the login page works fine.

    I have been logging in multiple times a day this and last week and haen't seen any blank page.  Does this happen with every browser you use?

    Same.  No problems the past few days.

    Until a few days ago I had no issues either. Then cleared the cache for some good reason and found I was getting a blank login page.

    Have not heard back yet from them about it BUT I was able to sign in using "E" and found an interesting reference to Firefox. Two things to try ... in case anybody else has issues. First try launching Firefox with ALL the add-ons disabled and bingo! Could sign in :-) IF that didn't work the historically answer is to reinstall Firefox. Firefox recently updated so that may be the cause of all whatever happened.

    I do not know 'which' add-on caused the problem but we're back in so I can continue enjoying that site too :-)
