Offering a Discount on the Pro Bundle when you've already got the Starter Bundle

It would be nice if Daz would offer a discount on the Pro Bundle when you already own the starter bundle of the same thing. Like, whatever you paid for the starter bundle was taken off of the pro bundle price, unless it was on sale. That way you could upgrade to the next level without having to pay a second time for stuff you already own.

    Sadly, not always. I need the breed morphs and additional textures for the Horse 2 - they're only available in the pro bundle :(

    I mentioned in another thread, that you can buy the bundle and then return the items you already have. You will only be refunded the Pro Bundle prices on those items, not the price you orignally paid (so maybe only $1 or less per item). It's worth putting in a ticket to ask if that is still an option.

    I only buy pro bundles for core figures. All my lone figures and starter packs were freebies. If I upgrade to Pro, I can't rightly expect an extra discount for doing that. angel

    this is something i also complain too, many others "stores" does have a "system" which when you have a sort of "bundle" or when you buy a stuff which later is added to a bundle, when you go buy that "bundle" you will get a "discount" based on the stuff you already have from the bundle, let's say the bundle is 100 and the product "alone" is 15 or 20, then if you already have the product and go for bundle you will only pay 90 or 95 based on the "ammount of contentent and price of stuffs on the bundle, it make more easy "upgrades" and make more sense for the customer have a interest in buy first the "start" or maybe the base figure" to later "upgrade" to a "more complet" version, than the current one where being honest "dont make sense" you buy a start when the pro is much more attractive not only buy ammount but also price, then at last for me would be really cool if daz could imprement a system like that to give discount in "bundles" when the user already have some of the stuffs and it would make more easy for peoples which can't afford to buy the full pro or any other bundle and need to buy it "in pieces" for when him finally reach a value where he could buy the remains stuffs of the pro paying for the pro some stores like steam already have it, even epic store is already working to add that.

    Daz did that exactly once in my memory. Unfortunately, it was like 50% off the bundle, and I had all but one item in it.

    I opened a sales support ticket when I bought the Horse 2 starter by accident, not realizing that the breed morphs are in the pro bundle. They refunded me and then I was able to buy the pro bundle.

    hmmm interesting but still would be good if it could be added direct to the store, because could make things more easy for both customer and daz support because could be 1 less "ticket type to deal" and focus on maybe more important ones.

    while i don't own/have bought the full pro bundle, i do have everything inside the pro.

    some i have bought, others i have get free then tecnically i'm supposed to get the pro for free or at last for a really small simbolic price or large discount like 95% to 98% or 99%, not full price or "regular discounts".
